Once inside, stroll through the backyard, you'll be in love! The home is perched above the Ten Mile Creek frontage-rushing water complemented by possibly the largest Aspen trees in Frisco! There is room for everyone to spread out. It is an ideal spot for sharing good times with friends. This home allows for a great deal of privacy.

There is a full kitchen, family room, views out to the Ten Mile Creek and Mount Royal, master suite, small loft for kids, dining area, and a split level going up to a den and one more bedroom. Downstairs are two more bedrooms and a shared full bath, small kitchen with another frig, laundry room, good sized sitting room and views again out to the backyard and Ten Mile Creek. There is plenty of room for two families to share and more. There is also a sun room for nap time off of the deck. The Ten Mile Creek is at high peak during July and August. We have a short fence between the creek and the property line. Entering the creek is not advised during high run off.
