Cozy, comfortable and affordable, this two-bedroom vacation condo is only 10 minutes from beautiful Anna Marie Island and is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and movie theaters. There is a full-sized community pool, an active clubhouse, shuffleboard courts, and community barbecue grills available for your use. An executive golf course adjoins the property. Everything is close by for your vacation comfort and enjoyment. The apartment is nicely furnished throughout with a lanai overlooking the pool and treed interior yard. The master and guest bedrooms have queen-size beds and dressers with mirrors. Free cable TV and local phone service are included in the price. AC/heat is new. The living room is comfortably furnished. Utilities are included in the price, and dishes, pots, kitchen utensils, and all linens are provided as well. One parking space comes with the unit. At least one member of the party must be at least 55 years old.
