Sandy Bay House is located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Green Turtle Cay, Gillam Bay.

The beach is renowned for its smooth white sand and calming turquoise water. Known locally as 'Shell Beach', conchs, sand dollars and shells of every size and color decorate the ocean floor.

Overlooking the bay, the upstairs 2-bedroom house has a large open living room with kitchen and wrap-around porch presenting a breathtaking view of Gillam Bay. It also has a large screened in porch with lots of deck furniture and ceiling fans.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, while the guest room provides two queen beds. Each bedroom has a bathroom en-suite with a large shower.

The kitchen will please even a gourmet cook with its Corian countertops, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, glass-top range, and dishwasher. Apartment is air conditioned for your comfort.

The home has a gas bbq, wi fi, satelitte tv ,local phone and vhf radio.

Downstairs is a one bedroom apartment with a king size bed, full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and living area with a pull out sofa bed. It also has a/c,ceiling fans,wi fi, satellite television, gas bbq and a large screened in porch.

During September until December 21 st and January 6th until February 28th the house can be rented as either a 1 bedroom or as a 2 bedroom please call for rates.

About The Owner

We are from Saugatuck ,Michigan and love to be able to get away from the cold Michigan winters. We fell in love with Gillam Bay Beach the first time we came to the island.

The Owner purchased this house in 2004

Green Turtle Cay is one of the friendliest places we have ever been. The village is unique and takes you back intime. Gillam Bay Beach is just beautiful. The color of the sea changes everyday and you never get tired of sitting on the porch watching it whether it be during the day or when the moonlight is reflecting off the sea.

What makes this house unique

Sandy Bay House is just a 3 minute walk into the historic village of New Plymouth . The house is located directly on the beach so you can step out of the house and dive straight into the sea. Being that it is a bay the water is never too rough which is ideal for small children . The house has been fitted with everything that you need to enjoy the perfect holiday.
