A perfect location if you are in town for a game. 60's style, contemporary, three bedroom, one bath condo unit in a quiet, quaint neighborhood close to downtown. Huge oak trees will keep you shaded during sunny Austin days. Cool off in Barton Springs, a natural spring fed swimming hole that is within walking distance, as well as many restaurants, coffee shops, and local shopping. Only 5 minutes to downtown where you can find fine dining, live music, and fantastic shopping. Walk along town lake or drop into the greenbelt for bird watching and rock climbing ... all within 5-10 minutes. Don't forget to visit The Broken Spoke for a true honky-tonk experience.

Ideal Rental House in Lovely Neighborhood!

Our group of 5 was nothing but smiles when we arrived at the house the day before the Austin City Limits Music Festival. Not only was the rate reasonable (compared to other rentals for that weekend), but the convenient walking distance (15-20 mins) to the festival's main entrance was a huge plus. We also had a rental car for visits to downtown, but one could actually walk it if motivated. The house itself had a lovely eat-in kitchen, a large living area, and three nicely sized bedrooms. The beds and linens were luxuriously comfortable, providing the deepest of sleep each night. It was our first trip Austin and I can say that if/when we go back, this will be the first place we look to book.

Great Neighborhood

Our family enjoyed our time at this house, it is in a great little neighborhood that is quiet and with minimal traffic but still just outside of downtown. The clean lines of the bamboo floors also created a nice 'zen' feeling.
