Read our reviews! Walk to the beach in 4 minutes from this charming, clean, and centrally-located, 2-bedroom, 2-bath, 2nd-story residence overlooking Avenida De La Playa. Everything you see in our photos is within walking distance.

Here's why our guests call this the perfect location. No nighttime beach party noise, but still close enough to roast marshmallows with the kids before retiring. The living area is a delightfully relaxing, open, combined living/kitchen space with a bedroom and bath at each end. If clean and comfortable are important to you, this is a jewel. New 'Westin Heavenly Bed' king mattress in the master bedroom 2012. The living area and master bedroom include flat-panel TV's. Cable and wireless high-speed internet & printer are available. Granite counters, ceiling fans, a/c and plush carpeting throughout. Your private entry gate is complete with security code.

You will be delighted at being just steps away from many of the area's best casual and fine-dining restaurants. The Marine Room, Piatti's, Barbarella's, Osteria Romantica, Cusp, the La Jolla Beach and Tennis Club, Squire's Cafe, Jeff's Burgers, El Charro, Starbucks and the Shores Restaurant are all just yards away. A bus stop is within walking distance for those who want to sight-see in the San Diego area without a car.

Wonderful Hospitality!

We loved the proximity to the shops & the beach and the quiet neighborhood - easy to sleep. We loved the extra touches such as the movies, games & Legos, full kitchen necessities, basket of items we may have forgotten, etc. Everything was outstanding, including the abundance of great towels!

Suggestion: Possibly a wagon of some sort to pull items to the beach. The chairs can get heavy. Not a complaint. Just a thought.

We feel like you worked hard to give us what we paid for - thanks!

Everything we needed

The rental was immaculate and had everything we needed. The area was perfect. Several restaurants and shops within walking distance and beach access only a few blocks away.

It was better than expected. The pictures didn't do it justice.

Had everything we needed.

Spacious. Well kept & clean. It was so much better than staying in a hotel! Great location, too. Thanks. We had a great time!

TV was a problem throughout the 10 days. Locks on the bedroom & bathroom doors are a bit worrisome in that if one of the kids locked themselves in we would have no way to unlock them from the outside.

OWNER: Yes, during our changeover to a new cable system, there were some weeks of frequent problems that AT&T has now solved (They finally found bad wiring outside). We apologize for all the frustration during that time.
