The living area is a delightfully relaxing, open, combined living/kitchen space with a bedroom and bath at each end. If clean and comfortable are important, you've found a jewel. Living area and master bedroom include large-screen TVs. Granite counters, ceiling fans, a/c and new carpeting throughout. Enter the residence by way of a private entry gate, complete with security code. You will be just steps away from many of the area's best restaurants. The Marine Room, Piatti, Barbarella, Osteria Romantica, Clay's, the La Jolla Beach and Tennis Club, Squire's Cafe, Jeff's Burgers, Starbucks and the Shores Restaurant are all nearby - offering both fine dining and casual fare. The condo was the place to be even the weather has been on the cold side, so the closeness to the beach which was a must at the decision time, didn't matter at all. The place is as clean and functional as you may expect from your own home. All the required things were there (even spices in the kitchen, not to mention all the kitchen tools and pots and pans.
Place is better than what it says on the web page. Congratulations to the owners for the neat place they have

We stayed in this lovely condo for a week in September and the location and all the amenities were wonderful. The proximity to the beach was especially great, and it's within walking distance to lots of restaurants.
