This two story home features,a new kitchen with open floor plan, 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room with fire place, the dining room slider opens onto a 32' deck overlooking the 32 'pool and beautiful country scenery, perfect for summertime family fun or a romantic evening under the stars. This home also includes a pass to a private 'Bay Beach' with lifeguard, and Marina. A very short walk from the home to the beach guarantees the ultimate summer getaway. This home has a circular front driveway that can fit 5 to 6 cars. Central air conditioned, new mattresses and fresh linens, freshly painted and floors refinished, VERY clean. Many things to do, beautiful beaches, surfing, golfing, kayaking, fishing, bird watching, nature at it's finest, world class restaurants one mile from the house, art exhibits, classic car shows, antiques, NY style shows, Hampton's Film Festival, Horse Shows, fairs and more. Why Angela chose East Hampton

We have been vacationing in this area for a long time and loved it so much we decided to buy a home in the Clearwater Beach area of East Hampton. We are within walking distance to a private bay beach with a BBQ picnic area and a swing set for the children.

What makes this house unique

We have a large pool with a detatchable pool fence if needed for safety reasons. A large deck to relax on.

This is a lovely getaway house. It is a ten minute walk to a private bay beach and a short drive to the town of east hampton. The house itself is very clean and comfortable. The owners are very nice people who do everything to make sure your stay is pleasant.

Simply Fabulous!

My husband and I stayed in July with another couple. The house is great; it was very clean and spacious.The central air was wonderful; the house was cool and very comfortable to sleep in. We would go to the private beach in the morning and jump in the pool in the afternoon. The pool is huge and extremely clean. At night we enjoyed looking at the stars on the back deck. The town of East Hampton has nice shops and great restaurants, which are fairly close to the house. Owners are very nice and accommodating. We are looking forward to renting again next summer.

A bunch of friends and I came to the Hamptons for the weekend, and we had a great time. This house is truly charming and spacious. The owners are really helpful and have made sure the house is kept in good condition. The house can easily sleep 8 and there is a wonderful porch and grill in the back. The pool wasn't ready when we were there but was hopefully going to be soon. There is a small private beach nearby which is clean but small. You definitely need a car because it's a little bit of a drive from the city center and to any of the bigger beaches.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: The pool was being renovated at the time. The pool is now open.
