Awake with the Atlantic Ocean and sunrise peaking through your window. A two minute walk will have you there or at a coffee shop. Walk five minutes and you will be on one of the most scenic ocean walks on the North Shore of Boston. Or ride a bike for five minues and be on beautiful Magnolia Beach or Coolidge Reservation. Ten minutes by car takes you to deep sea fishing, whale watching, antiquing, art galleries, golf or tennis. If you want, have your coffee or tea on the deck, porch or in what we call the 'sun room' with the stereo playing softly. If you want to cook, there is a fully equipped chef's kitchen. In the evenings you can dine at restaurants (high or low), go dancing or hear live music, enjoy local theater, venture into Boston (forty minutes), or curl up on the coach in the family room and enjoy a DVD on the 54' TV. There are so many grand beaches and activities nearby you'll have trouble deciding what to do. Laundry room included.

Our home is in walking distance of Magnolia Village. There is a loop that circles Magnolia Harbor five minutes from the house which is incomparable. We are five minutes from Manchester, a scenic charming town with train to Boston, or five minutes to the fishing city of Gloucester, which has a playhouse, many restaurants, a museum, shops, churches and a cinema. You may rent a boat there, dine, dance, or fish. You have access to many trails for hiking, Coolidge Reservation and the Great Lawn, Agassi Rock or other conservation land. You are near Ipswich with famous Crane's Beach, forty minutes to Boston and fifteen to twenty minutes to Beverly or Salem.
