8 Ladies Rescued at the Last Minute

Our group was attending a conference in South Pasadena the week of June 21st. Our other rental property fell through due to flooding, when a pipe burst. We contacted Lisa at the last minute and thank God her property was available due to a cancellation on her end.
Lisa's property was awesome, close to all L.A. and Hollywood attractions, as well as walking distance to Santa Monica Beach. Lisa's home sleeps 4 comfortably but Lisa went out of her way to find futon bedding to sleep all 8 of us, towels for all of us, and beach towels for everyone. She is a"top-notch" owner.
The property was clean, well-maintained, in a quiet/safe area, and surrounded by quaint, local shops. We would definitely recommend this property to others. Just check the weather before you go because the house has no central A/C but weather was great while we were there and the house was cool and fresh from the ocean breeze.

A Cute Cottage and nice location

My family of 4 stayed here. This is a really cute cottage with a great location. We could walk to Main Street for restaurants and shops, the beach was about 5 blocks away, the Santa Monica Pier and original muscle beach are just over a mile away. The owner is extremely nice too!
We did not use the kitchen much or the washing machine, so I cannot comment on how any of that worked...although my husband and I were definately using the wireless interent a good bit.
I would recommend this house!
