This charming oceanfont home with a spacious front deck is perched above the rocky shore with stunning views looking out toward Cuckhold Lighthouse and the open ocean. Situated in a very private setting, a relaxing atmosphere awaits you in this comfortable three bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms summer home. Enjoy watching the waves, sailboats and working lobster boats from the living room or out on the front deck. At night, enjoy the sound of the surf, the smell of the ocean air, and looking at the moon reflecting on the water. This newly constructed home, built in 2002, features an open floor plan and cathedral ceiling with large windows looking out to the Atlantic. Reid State Park, known for its beautiful beaches and sand dunes is only a 10 minute walk away. A 'Park Pass' is available for use at Reid State as well as any other state parks in the mid coast area.

Areas of local interest: This home is located less than a 10 minute drive to one of the most sought-after lobster shacks in the area located at Five Island, considered by many to being one of the most picturesque fishing villages in the mid coast. If eating lobster on the wharf is too casual, you can enjoy eloquent dining at one of Maine's five-star restaurants only a 10 minute drive away. Enjoy farm fresh vegetables at a nearby farm stand as well as the convenience of a general store a short distance away. Visit historic Bath, a quick twenty minute trip up Route 127 known for its maritime heritage including Maine Maritime Museum as well as its large variety of stores, shops and restaurants. A 40 minute drive is the outlet shopping in Freeport, home of LL Bean's flagship store. Antiquing is available a thirty minute drive along Route 1 in Wiscasset. Boothbay Harbor is 45 minutes northeast.
