This cozy cabin is situated overlooking Lake Lanier with a private double slip dock with party deck. This location is central to the outlet mall shopping, the mountains of North Georgia, Gainesville, Cumming, and Dawsonville. Located an easy boating or driving distance to lakefront restaurants and attractions, including golf and water park at Lake Lanier Islands. This laid-back cabin features a stone-to-ceiling fireplace in the vaulted great room, an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a large screen porch, just a stone's throw to the water, and covered parking. There are also hardwood floors throughout and a washer and dryer. There is also a kayak available for use. This a great lake get-away home!

We have had many wonderful weekends at this cabin. The double slip dock fit our 23 foot boat and we had room for another boat to park while friends were visiting. The kitchen is large enough to cook a gourmet meal, but not so large it takes hours to clean. It is close enough to the outlet mall that the girls can shop while the boys are fishing. We were able to play on the water all day one day and in 15 minutes be at a great steak restaurant. If you are looking for the perfect size, perfect location, clean, cozy and great view cabin this is the place.
