Less than 2 miles north of Durango Mountain Resort (Purgatory), our modern 2,200-square-foot town home, built in 2005, is located in Cascade Village off Highway 550. Cascade Village features an indoor pool, hot tubs, fitness center and a free shuttle to the ski resort. The town home was completely refurnished in 2008 with rustic high quality furnishings and is completely outfitted and ready to enjoy. The main living space features cathedral ceilings and gas fireplace with impressive views of the Needles Mountain Range. The kitchen boasts granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There are 3 bedrooms (King/Queen/2 Twins) along with a loft that contains a queen size pull out bed. There are also 2 aero-beds (air mattresses) that can be put in any room to comfortably sleep two additional guests. The views of the both Engineer Mountain and the Needles Mountain range from the balcony are incredible.
