Completely remodeled a year ago, our 1,100 sq. ft. Cascade Village condo features two bedrooms / two baths and is a great mountain escape, with a full kitchen, wood fireplace, private deck and great views. The condominium is fully furnished and offers all the comforts of home. Southwestern art true to Durango, hardwood floors, open living plan, and comfortable furnishings and linens all contribute to it's warm atmosphere. On-site amenities at Cascade Village include an indoor pool, sauna and outdoor hot tubs. The Condo is located at 8,700 feet elevation. We are in the process of replacing the twin bed in the guest bedroom with one set of bunk beds. The double bed will remain in the bedroom. Less then 2 miles north of Purgatory (Durango Mountain Resort) Ski Area, 25 miles south to Durango.
