Daily Maid Service
If you want our maid to change your sheets, towels and make your bed every day, this service is available for $ 300/week or $ 50 / day.
Chef
You may request a private chef to prepare all or some of your meals during your stay. He will come in with all the ingredients and prepare you the kind of breakfast/lunch or dinner that you prefer. Pricing starts from $10/ h. Suggestive menus are available upon request.
Shopping Services
We can make sure that your preferred groceries and toiletries are available to you upon your arrival for only $30 plus the cost of the food.
Chauffeur and tour services
We gladly pick you up from the airport for only $30. We can also take you to see the local attractions.
Babysitting service is availale for $15/hour for max 3 children and for $20/hour for over 3 children.
Weddings and Special Events:
Congratulations to you and your fiancé on your engagement and upcoming wedding. Thank you for considering our house as your wedding reception site. We would be happy to assist in making this day the most memorable day of your life. You can reserve the house for your wedding reception of maximum 100 people for only $3,000. For $100 per person (minimum 50 required) you can get all these additional services: consultation and planning session with us, wedding ceremony at an indoor or outdoor location (you are responsible for paying the priest/minister/rabbi), flower and candle decoration of site, photographer for two hours and CD with 100 photos, full catering of the wedding dinner excluding a wedding cake, set-up of tables, chairs, silverware, glassware and china, white floor length table linens and assorted napkins, skirted cake table, gift table, and place card table, and one night stay in our house for the bride, groom and up to 10 quests. Suggestive wedding menus are available.
Location:
The community in which the house is located, next to Falls in South Miami, is very tranquil with
very little traffic. Yet, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, gas stations, and takeaways are only
minutes away. The closest beach is 15 minutes from the house. If golfing is your passion this is your house. Within 5 minutes from the house, there are about five different clubs where you can play! There is parking at the front of
