Great location, bright well-furnished house

We were completely pleased with this rental. The description and photos were accurate, if anything the house was even better-looking than the photos showed. It was spacious and comfortable! We appreciated the maps and restaurant recommendations left on the counter. The internet connection was a great addition as well. Perfect walking distance to town, yet nice and quiet location. The garage access was also a great amenity. We would definitely stay here again.

Pros: private, quiet, close to downtown, lots of amenities (cable, microwave, toaster oven, etc.), parking, good water pressure in shower, newer furniture, hardwood floors, relatively clean, king size bed keypad on door instead of a key, landscaping pleasent.

Cons: yard not completely fenced (i.e. dog, kids) no central air (though cross breeze was great....and we're A.C. junkies),

Good Location ! That's About it...

Not sure what happen before my stay but this place really needed a good cleaning...you will need to bring own paper towels, extra toilet paper, trash bags for trash cans etc...
You will also need to bring your own wash clothes. they have a dishwasher but no dish soap, place could be really nice if they just went that extra mile with cleaning and up keep of property. If you want a place to sleep and keep you stuff this would be it. I did get a quick response when I called to find the clothes iron.
