The house is set at the rear of a two-acre property on Miacomet Pond with its own private garden, ideal for young children to play. The beach is a short walk or bike ride away and there is an excellent 4-mile walk around the pond. The area is well regarded for its seclusion from the bustle of town and the combination of beach and pond swimming.
