Perfect For Large Families!

We recently stayed at this cabin for two weeks and absolutely loved it. The owners were exceptionally nice, approachable and attentive. There was plenty of room for me and my husband, our five young children, and my parents (that's 9 people!) I would certainly recommend this to friends and relatives--in fact, I already have!
My children loved the toys, the games, and playing outside--and I felt perfectly comfortable letting them play outside as the cabin is set way back from any traffic.
The kitchen is quite small, but functional, and I was on vacation and not planning on spending all my time in the kitchen anyway. The freezer is extremely small so we had to nix a few meals that we had originally planned on cooking from frozen. Also be aware that food in the town of Dubois is really expensive. We chose to travel a little over an hour to Riverton to buy our food.
We used this cabin as a home base to visit the Grand Tetons and Yellowstone. It was quite a drive (especially with kids) and although we made it work, I don't think I can recommend using the cabin for this particular purpose (you'll note that the owner does not list the Tetons or Yellowstone as an area attraction--probably for that very reason!) But it would be the perfect place for all the activities and attractions the owner has listed.
In the Dubois area we enjoyed the National Bighorn Sheep Center, the Dubois Fish Hatchery, hiking to the Brook's waterfall and finding petroglyphs in the three lakes area. Also, if you stay here, you've got to try the pizza from the Exxon station--it was some of the best we'd ever had!
All in all, I just have to say that we were extremely thankful and delighted to have found a place that could accommodate our large family at such a reasonable price when so many other places make vacationing with a large family cost-prohibitive.
