'A little piece of heaven'- direct quote from the Harbormaster about the view from our deck. You will feel the same when you are enjoying a morning coffee on the deck, directly on Provincetown Bay and beach. Spacious, charming 1 BR condo with all the amenities in the historic West End of Provincetown, conveniently located above 'Relish Deli' . The large shared deck behind the building, offers breathtaking water views. Enjoy access to the sandy beach, perfect for swimming and beachcombing. The neighborhood is peaceful yet only a short walk to restaurants, shops, galleries, and many other Provincetown attractions. This unit does not have water views, but does have water access and a large shared waterfront deck in the back with a designated table and chairs with umbrella for the unit. There is no grill (due to fire regulations). Steps from this deck lead down to a beautiful beach area. The unit also has a designated buoy for those who wish to moor a small boat or kayak.NO PRIVATE DECK

THIS KING BEDROOM UNIT IS LOCATED OVER STORE FRONT: The unit is perfect for 2 peolple. There is no private deck, but there is a large water front deck with a designated table, chairs and umbrella. The deck has steps that lead down to a large beach area. The unit has a designated bouy for a small boat. You gain access to this deck by exiting the unit on Commercial street. Walk towards the back of the building following the wooden deck to the left of the building. There may be a small gate that is up to prevent the owners small dogs from escaping. You just have to move the gate out of your way and place the gate back to prevent the dogs from getting out. This deck has other units that have back patio areas. Your table is located to the far right of the deck. Sorry, there is no grill for this unit due to fire regulations.
