Harbor Views!! Beautiful Historic 1815 restored Sea Captain's colonial home on Pier Road in the heart of Cape Porpoise village in Kennebunkport, that also offers privacy. Comfortable first and second floor wrap around porches and deck overlooking a nice yard and gardens with some views of the end of Cape Porpoise Harbor. The second floor porch is off the master bedroom for great star gazing or your first cup of coffee. Large open modern kitchen with 8 burner/2 oven stove. Informal dining area seats 8-10, formal dining room, bar table. Walk to harbor, grocery store, restaurants, art gallery, working fishing pier, church. Dock Square shops and restaurants are a short 5 minute ride from the home. This is a great home you will be happy you visited that will accommodate any family comfortably. Large game room with entertainment center, ping pong and foosball tables.
