This is a cozy studio condominium in Gateway Mountain Lodge. The development was built in 1998 so all the facilities are quite new and modern. The studio provides air conditioning as well as heating for your comfort no matter what the temperature! The condo features a king bed, queen sleeper, full bathroom, and kitchenette with coffeepot, refrigerator, microwave, and toaster. The development is a short walk from Keystone Mountain, or you can take the free shuttle bus that stops directly in front of the Gateway lobby. Summit County is a major winter resort area. The air is clean and fresh, the skies are blue, and you can access skiing at Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Vail, Beaver Creek, A-Basin, and Loveland. There are also a ton of other activities to participate in during the winter season. There is ice skating, tubing, lots of shopping, wonderful restaurants, and fabulous opportunities for taking pictures which your friends will really envy.

Note that this is a private unit and is not on the Keystone rental service. Thus we an provide you with lower rates. However, daily maid service is not provided. It can be added for an additional charge. We provide a mid-stay clean free of charge for stays of 6 or more days. The building is well-equipped with an indoor pool and spa, sauna, gas barbecue, exercise room, laundry facilities, ice machines, underground heated parking, and all the amenities you need for your winter or summer vacation. On the ground floor of the Gateway building there is a small grocery store, a sports bar/restaurant (wi-fi available!), an arcade, a ski rental shop, and a day spa. These are very convenient for the days when you don't feel like going far from the condo. It is also a very short walk to the Goat Bar and the Snake River Saloon, one of the best and most popular restaurants in the area. This condo is a second home for us - let it be your second home as well!
