Nette Wohnung in toller Aussichtslage

Die Ausstattung der Erdgeschoß-Wohnung ist sehr einfach aber ausreichend, die Aussicht wird durch die anderen Häuser der Anlage etwas eingeschränkt. Für das Auto ist ein Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage vorhanden. Schöner Pool, allerding unbeheizt (ca. 18 Grad). Naher Ortskern von Pino mit sehr kleinem Lebensmittelgeschäft zu Fuss erreichbar (3 min), ansonsten Auto unbedingt erforderlich. Wohnung ist relativ hellhörig. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern ist die Gegend m.E. nicht so gut geeignet.
