This beautiful unit at The Pines at Bousquet was built in Feb 2009. The adress is 140 Alpine Trail. Located at the end of the development across the street from the heated pool up the mountain. It has everything you will need to be comfortable. This is a downhill unit that has been upgraded in many ways. The main level has a Great Room, Dining area, Kitchen, laudry room, Guest Toilet, Master Bedroom with King set. Also there is a screened patio overlooking a nature preserve and a grilling deck with Weber Grille. The upper level has loft, one bedroom with Queen set and another bedroom with twin XL beds, and a full bathroom. The lower level has living room with 52' TV, PlayStation 3, Blu Ray, and Wii Game. Cafe Table and 6 chairs, Large bedroom with King Set, full bath. Close to all attractions, the city, hospitals, fine restaurants and convenient shopping. There is a large Stop and Shop 1 mile away. Notes: While we welcome everyone we have one request: no smoking in the house. The pines at Bousquet is located right on Bousquet Ski Mountain. In the winter we have skiing, and in the summer there is a water park at the base of the mountain. Additionally we are close to all the Berkshire attractions located on the Pittsfield/Lenox Line. Very close to shopping, the main city, and hospitals.

We spent July 2009 at this property and enjoyed it very much. The description and pictures on the website are very accurate. The owners spared no effort to make renters feel comfortable and the home was outfitted beautifully. The location is perfect for taking in all the Berkshires have to offer. The home features a lovely screened in porch which we enjoyed very much. A real plus! We rate our experience as extremely positive.

We stayed in the condo in January 2010 and all had a great time. We liked it so much we're going back less than a month later! No complaints at all and Mark has been a pleasure to work with.

Our daughter's marriage took place in Pittsfield, and we rented this condo for a week. The condo was so beautifully appointed, we didn't need to bring anything but our clothing! The owners have spared no expense in providing total comfort. We were totally relaxed the entire time, able to enjoy the wedding and all the festivities. The furniture was very comfortable,( top of the line mattresses) and the condo area so quiet. We sat on the screened in porch and watched the wild turkey walking around in the area behind the yard! We visited the Rockwell Museum and the Clark Museum while here; plenty more to do, but we did have the wedding! We wouldn't hesitate to return to the Berkshires and rent this same condo or to recommend it to our friends.
