Luxury Townhome right on the edge of the water with your private boat dock in view.

This condo has it all for your winter and summer enjoyment! Two decks, views across the canal look towards Mt. Tallac and across to Heavenly Valley. A 10 minute walk to The Fresh Ketch restaurant and the Tahoe Keys Marina. There are tennis courts, basketball courts, indoor and outdoor pools, parks, cross country skiing and a snow shoeing meadow all within a 3 minute radius.

The master bedroom has a King size bed and balcony looking out towards the canal and Mt Tallac. The 2nd master bedroom has a King size bed with mountain view looking toward Heavenly Valley. The living area is downstairs with another full bedroom with a Queen Bed. There are 3 full baths.

There is a washer/dryer/laundry area in the second Master suite upstairs. It is fully furnished, and newly remodeled. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a gourmet meal or to dine in with your favorite take-out.

The living room is furnished with cozy soft comfortable couch, extra long lounge and overstuffed chair . The fireplace is gas for one touch lighting!! Curl up on the sofa and watch the snow fall or watch your favorite show on Direct TV. Play cards, games or do puzzles on the card table provided.

There is a large 1 acre grass area just outside the front door to play croquet on in the summer.

My husband Dan and I began coming to Lake Tahoe for my daughter's swim meets in the summer of 2002. We couldn't help but notice how beautiful the lake was. We decided to bring our boat up the next year. Our friends were staying in a place in the Tahoe Keys and we went over to visit. We couldn't believe our eyes! From that point on we began renting a condo at the keys where we could park our boat right in front of our place. We enjoy swimming, fishing and playing on the lake. It is like boating in Hawaii!! The water is turquoise. In addition to the lake we also benefit from the proximity to the ski slopes, meadows and mountains. Enjoy the lake, Dan and Lynnett Elliott

We love boating and skiing. We love being outdoors and this place is just perfect. It is well maintained, has security, an outdoor pool and an indoor pool. We can snowshoe in the meadow just down the street and slip into our boat off our private dock and be on the lake in 5 minutes.

What makes this townhome unique

We have the lake access right in front of the house. We are 10 minutes from the Casinos and Ski Resorts of Heavenly, 30 minutes from Homewood and Sierra At Tahoe. We have wildlife all around our house from bald eagles, Canada Geese, Mallards, coyotes and raccoons.

The private boat dock is right outside the back door ... Summer vacationer's BOAT DOCK is included! Nice kitchen is open to the living and dining room for visiting and enjoying the fireplace and view's while cooking. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools you will need to cook a very nice meal ... or eat out in the wonderful restaurants out and around So Lake Tahoe! 10 minutes from Casinos and Shopping! Skiing 10 minutes away is Heavenly Ski Resort and several more resorts within less that a hour away ... Squaw, Kirkwood, North Star, Mt. Rose, etc.
