Great place to stay, very close to the 5th avenue, 3rd street and beach.

It was very easy and fast to deal with Peter. Place was very clean, well-stocked and no surprise what you see is what you get.

For sure we will not hesitate to recommend the condo and also we will not hesitate to return as soon as we can.

We were very pleased with the condo and how it was presented. Correspondence with Peter was first class and he answered all queries without delay.

Pre arrival details and instructions we excellent, and when we arrived we found the location to be ideal, indeed within easy walking distance of 5th Avenue.

Condo was very clean and comfy with excellent furnishings and a very comfortable bed. The pool area was very quiet for our stay, and was impeccably clean and private.

We would not hesitate to recommend this condo to all, and look forward to returning soon. Thank you Peter.

My husband, 13-year-old daughter, and I just returned from a week at this ideally located, cozy condo. The accommodations were perfect for us--small but immaculately maintained with everything we needed to have a comfortable stay--great mattress on our king bed, high-quality linens and towels in abundance for both bath and beach, well-stocked dishware, cooking pans and utensils. Centrally located so we could access all major highways but also walk into the main shopping and restaurant area in about 10 minutes' time. The owner provided excellent driving directions from the airport as well as lots of info regarding local restaurants and attractions. He was easily accessible by phone or e-mail. We highly recommend this place.

Wonderful condo

We spent 3 weeks in this wonderful condo and were very pleased. It was every bit as nice as Peter said and then some. Ideal location, very nice neighbors and very comfortable and clean condo. I would not hesitate to rent it again. Walking distance to many of Naples great restaurants and activities.
