Enjoy your Florida vacation at our family friendly Saint Augustine Beach retreat on Anastasia Island (Crescent Beach). This spacious two bedroom, two bathroom Condo with in-bed accommodations for four has all the amenities for any length stay. New king-size bed in master bedroom and two new twin beds in second bedroom, three TV’s with over 70 cable channels as well as a DVD and VCR, full kitchen including washer, dryer and dishwasher. Couch and loveseat in living room. Some of the updates in April 2004 include new bedding and towels throughout, two new TV’s, new microwave, fresh paint and decor. New A/C in April 2007. Beautiful tile added throughout and new couch, loveseat, and recliner in December of 2005. Our Condo is located just steps from a newly tiled, lovely swimming pool and private beach access. Our kids can make it from door to shore in just over one minute, and the beach is beautiful white sand -- not coquina shell that hurts the feet.

We loved the condo, it fit our needs perfectly. I loved the fact it was pretty much baby proof as I had my 19 month old grandson with me. The residents of the community were very nice and I was completly comfortable leaving our sand chairs and umbrella underneath the stairs at the beach the entire time we were there and they were never bothered. Beautiful pool and close to everything. We had a wonderful experience.
