my apartment is right in the middle of the restaurant row, hells kitchen, if you like fine dinning, this is like living in heaven. from my place you can be in less than 5 minutes walking to Time Square, all the broadway shows, central park, all the shopping in 5th avenue, 10 minutes to the Empire State building, javits center, etc.

Great appartment !

We stayed for 8 nights in April 2009 with family and friends. The appartment is very clean, beds are really comfy and it had everything we needed, including a stereo and flat screen TV in every room. It is ideally located in the Hell's kitchen area but without the noise that is usually associated with restaurants and bars. Cesar is really accomodating for everything and warmly welcomed us.
We all found the apartment to be great and much better value than any hotel rooms. The 2 bath rooms came in handy since we were 7 to stay at this place. I highly recommend this place !

In the heart of Manhattan!!

We were 6 and stayed 10 nigths last July in this wonderful apartment. Maybe there's no better location. Times Square is just 1'5 blocks away, that take you only 5 minutes. Subway is not so much far.
Beds are huge and very confy and the 3 bedroom aren't noisy, perfect to fall slept after a long day of walk, shopping...
The kitchen is very clean and complete. We had breakfast every day at the apartment. There's a folding table that we put in the livingroom.
And the 2 bathrooms were enought to be ready in the morning for visiting this amazing city.
Cesar was so pleasant to deal with and he speaks spanish so makes it easy.
I highly recomend this place!

The BEST place to stay in NYC!!!

I was there at the end of August with 4 of my girlfriends for a Bachelorette party and we were all AMAZED with the location, price and service we got from Cesar.

Check-in was a breeze, dust was impossible to find, everything was sparkling!

And the location is IDEAL!!! Restaurant, pharmacy, grocery near by, and Time Square is just 5 minutes away!!

Cesar was so kind and helpfull, he even came in after midnight because we had locked ourselves out!!

HIGHLY recomended!!! I'd give it more than 5 stars, but 5 is the maximum :)

Perfect! And service with a smile

We stayed in June/July 2009 and absolutely loved it! Cesar was great to deal with and the place was immaculately clean, as if no one had been before! Great location with funky and cheap places to eat as soon as you walk out the door, (Check out "Living Room" Thai around the corner of 9th) and yet quiet bedrooms for sleeping in! We didn't cook in but you certainly could in the huge kitchen. Broadway theatres on the same block, times square 5 mins away, and a leafy street, all in the centre of Manhattan! You'd be a fool to pass this one up!

For Cesar! I apologise for your missing hair products, our guests left after us and had assumed the products in the bathroom were mine! So sorry! Many Thanks,

Gorgeous apartment. Super location. .

WE stayed at this gorgeous apartment for the weekend. It was beautiful, very clean and the location was amazing. It looked exactly like the pictures. It is fully air conditioned. The beds were so comfortable. There is no street noise, and it felt very private. There are many great restaurants right on this street and wonderful, fun bars. It is a few blocks from Times Square and close to everything. Cesar was so nice to deal with. We are already planning our stay here for next year.. I would be happy to talk to anyone who is looking to rent it..
