2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and oversized outside shower, sleeps 7

Clean, bright and updated Cape Cod home on a quiet cul-de-sac. Our home is ideally located in the heart of the Cape, just minutes from Hyannis or a quick drive to Chatham. We are close to beaches, shopping, fishing, golfing or going out to eat, Just a 2 minute walk to Long Pond Beach (1/10th of mile with playscape and basketball court) or a quick drive to South Yarmouth's beautiful beaches, golf courses and parks.

Our house has been completely renovated including the bathroom, french doors to outside deck, and newly finished hardwood floors throughout. NEW half bathroom off master bedroom added in 2013! A favorite is the new oversized outdoor shower!!

Our home includes a dining room, large fully equiped kitchen and half bath with new washer and dryer. The house sleeps 7, with a master bedroom, a second bedroom with bunk beds and single bed and is very kid friendly. Cook dinner on the grill and enjoy drinks on the deck outside while the kids can play safely on the quiet cul-de-sac.

More to do: Take a short drive to Cape Cod Bay or ocean side beaches. Walk to Long Pond which has a playscape and basketball courts. Close proximity to beaches, restaurants, pubs, grocery stores, banks, video, fishing, bowling, batting cages, miniture golf, driving range, golf, boating, kayaking, church and home of the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox baseball team!

Easy access to Rt. 28 with many restaurants, antique shops, bike trails, kayaks rentals, fishing, golf, ice-cream, mini golf and beaches. Close to many activities such as the Cape Cod Mall, arcades, movie theater and Zooquarium. Take a 10-minute drive to Hyannis to hop aboard a ferry to Nantucket & Martha's Vineyard Islands

Golf: We are conveniently located near Bass River Gold Course and Blue Rock Golf Course. It is a 2 minute drive 2 Bass River and a 5 minute drive to Blue Rock.

Great House Great Location

We traveled all the way from Scotland and we were not disappointed. The cottage is very homely and lives up to the description. All the rooms are a good size and there was loads of space for the four of us.

South Yarmouth is a great base for exploring the Cape and I am really glad we decided to stay here.

The owners were quick to respond to any queries and I would definitely recommend this place for a great holiday. Only disappointment was the weather - we had a few storm but in between it was hot and sunny.

My wife, kids, and I travel to Cape Cod every summer. This is our first stay Kathi & Stephens place and we could not have been happier. The cottage is simply perfect. It is very well cared for with all the features you could want. The decoration was "cape Cod" appropriate and really gave you a true homey feeling. My wife and I commented several times that we could easily live in this house. The location was wonderful too. Convenient to shopping and a short drive to many of the Cape world famous beaches. If you don't feel like driving, there is a lake beach and a playgroud within walking distance. We took the kids to the playground almost every night before their bedtime. Make sure you also check out Cape Cod Creamery which is right around the corner- the ice cream is made on site and is amazing. Oh, and if you are into baseball, the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox play right around the corner at the area high school. The family and I walked to a Sox game one afternoon and WOW was it fun. I was shocked at the number of fans there. Good times and its FREE. With all the positive things about this house and its location, we will definitively be back for our next cape cod getaway!

Great Cape Home!

We are returning to this wonderfully cozy and comfortable cottage this summer for the third summer in a row. The home is well maintained and has a quaint Cape Cod charm to it. The owners were prompt and clear on any questions I asked and the home had exactly what the description indicated. We love the outdoor shower, we never shower indoors when on the Cape! The laundry was a convenient and efficient amenity to have onsite. My kids loved the bunkbeds in their room! The location of this home is convenient yet not on a busy road so at night it is peaceful. I would recommend this home without hesitation to families or couples looking for a great place to stay on the Cape.

Love this house....

We have stayed here three times!! Bright, clean, centrally located to all cape activities. Dealing with the owners is a pleasure, they are great at communicating. Every year something new has been done to improve a already very nice home.

The outdoor shower is awesome!! My son is never as clean as when we are at the cape, he showers 3x a day!!

Do not hesitate to rent this home, you will be very happy with the quality and location of the house!!
