Our house is situated on a beautifully landscaped 2.6 acres of secluded woodland facing Fresh Pond, a natural reserve. Short walk to several secluded beaches for swimming or drive/bike 10 minutes to any number of gorgeous ocean beaches. The house is two storied modern with cathedral ceilings, skylights, huge picture windows, and wrap around decks. An adjacent Artists studio with futon and desk can double as an office away from home. Four bedrooms, 3 ½ baths, a living room with fireplace, dining room with skylights, eat-in kitchen, den with hardwood pool table, jacuzzi and a 20x40 Gunite pool surrounded by shaded lawn and garden. Bikes, badminton, ping pong table at your disposal.

Nestled on the bay in the heart of the Hamptons, Sag Harbor is the most low key of the Hamptons and the village is the most quaint. Kayaking, fishing, swimming, tennis, and trail walking are easy available daily activities. The village still has that quaint, arty hit with a variety of stores and restaurants that will satisfy many discriminating tastes. A village theater and art cinema has a prestigious run of well known plays and movies. A weekly farmers market in town offers some of the best fish, preserves, breads, and locally grown vegetables and for the rest of the week, farm stands dot the roads as you drive or bike to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world.
