Newly renovated in 2008, the house is ideally suited for family reunions or large group rentals. Watch the sunrise over the ocean or watch the sunset over the marsh from the large decks. Pool table and bar located in lower level, wifi internet access, flat screen tv's with cable, outdoor shower, fans and beach chairs. Just miles away from the quaint seaside towns of Newburyport, Portsmouth, NH and the amusements of Hampton Beach or Salisbury Beach Center.
