The brand new kitchen has all new appliances, a breakfast bar, and is fully equipped for cooking and dining. There is a new gas grill for barbecuing and a large screened lanai for dining al fresco. New, heated sunny pool and patio, fenced yard, as well as bikes in the garage for you to enjoy. Cable TV and Hi-Speed Internet access. Pets considered.

We had a great stay at this Sarasota home! From the communication before the trip to the hospitality once we arrived, the homeowners were great to work with. It was so nice to deal with someone personally rather than some rental agency! It definitely felt like "home" while we were there and we hope to return in the future.

A Great Week in Siesta Keys/Sarasota

We had a fabulous week at this porperty. Was initially a little reluctant because of location 1 mile from beach, but as it turned out it could not have been better. Very quiet area with EASY beach access. Everything was above our expectations and the owners were very cordial and fulfilled every thing they stated they would. The property was in EXCELLENT condition. I would highly recommend this property to any one. If you want a quiet place that is easy to get to the beach, this is the place for you. They had bicycles available for use, which I thought was a nice touch. We would, without question, rent this again. I might mention that we had 10 people plus 2 dogs (teacup poodle and cockapoo) and we did not feel crowded at all. )We had our own air mattress_ GREAT VACATION!!!!!!!
