START YOUR VACATION EARLY----WE OFFER AN EARLY CHECK-IN TIME OF 2:00PM THIS SEASON! COME ENJOY YOUR FIRST DAY! Newly redecorated, professionally cleaned, non-smoking first floor unit in Sea Colony. Our condominium offers ocean views and a quick stroll to either the beach or pool. Perfect for children of all ages! No streets to cross here! Downstairs storage unit houses sand toys, boogie boards, an umbrella and sand chairs for your use. Just a few less things to pack. This condominium has two assigned parking spots directly under the unit for easy load-in and out. Our bedroom offers a king bed, TV with VCR/DVD player and extra clothing storage. The bunk beds are located in the alcove area. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and dining in. In the living room, there is a TV, DVD/VCR player, games, books, and movies in addition to the queen sleeper sofa. We offer expanded cable and free high-speed Interent access. RATES LISTED INCLUDE ALL TAXES, FEES, & DEPARTURE CLEANING!

Notes: This Sea Colony Unit is located on the first floor. It offers covered reserved parking directly beneath the unit. Additionally, there is a storage closet beside the parking to store beach chairs, toys, and the like to avoid hauling up steps to unit. There is a place to rinse off both at the pool and at the bottom of the stairs before going up. No parking lot to cross to get to beach with children. Grills are available on the lawn of the complex. Large lawn area for children to play. Lifeguard stand in front of the building for safe swimming.

If cooking on vacation isn't your thing, then there's a restaurant located directly across the street serving breakfast and lunch. A short stroll down the beach is a restaurant and tiki bar offering live entertainment during the summer season. Within a five minute drive there are many other restaurants, two arcades, paddle boats on the lake, ice cream, coffee, bike rentals, fishing piers, 2 state parks and shopping. Everyone will have a ball in the large ocean front pool which is only steps away from the unit. The complex also offers a large grassy area for games and grilling. This charming port city is located in the southeastern corner of North Carolina between the Cape Fear River and the Atlantic Ocean. Although not just a tourist town, Wilmington has become a popular destination because of its moderate, four-season climate, historic preservation district, annual events such as Riverfest and the Azalea Festival, and numerous championship golf courses. In addition, nearby Wrightsville Beach is a Mecca for sailors, surfers, sunbathers, beachcombers and seafood lovers.
