Lakerise Villa, completed 2008, showcases the largest 5 bedroom home design on Calabay Parc at Tower Lake, a gated community beside Hwy 27, 8 miles S of Interstate 4.

It has over 3,000 sq ft, of which 2,770 is air-conditioned.

It has a South-facing private extended screened pool deck, with a removable safety fence around the pool and spa. and tropical planting for ambiance and privacy.

The villa has impeccable furnishings and facilities, with:

3 master bedrooms; 2 king on ground floor; 1 queen upstairs, all ensuite and with large walk-in closets/wardrobes.

2 twin bedrooms upstairs share a Jack & Jill bathroom.

Also on ground floor there is a bright spacious lounge; a den; a formal dining area; a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and breakfast nook; & a laundry room and games room.

Entertainment includes large HD LCD TVs in the lounge, den,& all bedrooms, with DVD/CD players; an X-box 360 console; & a library of DVDs, books and games.

Situated beside Highway 27, Calabay Parc at Tower Lake has the best of both worlds: it is far enough from the hectic hustle and traffic jams close to the Theme Parks to be a peaceful retreat, yet is conveniently close to good local shops (Wal*Mart, Publix) and restaurants, while the many golf courses, shopping malls, and the innumerable other attractions of Central Florida are within easy driving range. Some of these are located close to Highway 27 itself (for example the Walt Disney World entrance is about 20 minutes away, north on 27 and east on 192), or can be rapidly accessed via Interstate 4 and connecting major routes: the attractions of the Atlantic Coast and the Gulf Coast are just over one hour away; Orlando International Airport is about 30 minutes, and Orlando Sanford International Airport about 75 minutes drive.

Notes: For evening entertainment after a long hot day at the Parks (or a cool but possibly expensive one at the Malls!) the principal lounge has an entertainment centre with a 52' Sony HD LCD TV plus a Sony DVD/CD/radio home theatre system. The den has a 40' Sony HD LCD TV plus DVD/CD player and an X-box 360 games console. The Cable TV system in the lounge can access hundreds of channels, elsewhere in the villa 70 - 80 cable channels are accessible. Upstairs there is a quiet loft area with desk and PC. Wireless Broadband internet access is provided. The lounge is a beautiful airy room with 11' high ceiling and a ceiling fan. A triple sliding picture window opens in to the lanai, which also has a ceiling fan for warm summer nights. The kitchen is adjacent to the lounge and next to the breakfast nook, which seats 7: 4 at a separate table and 3 at the breakfast bar. The nook has double French doors opening to the lanai also. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large walk-in pantry.
