House was fully stocked with everything you would need, view was outstanding, very clean and decorated, we liked it so much that normally we plan a trip and then look for accomodations, but whenever we return to this area again our trip will be based upon availability of of this rental then we will pricesplan our trip around that time. If you plan on doing any cooking make sure you visit the local Meat Market and try their breaded tenderloins and other fine selections.

Beautiful Home - Great Time

We had an excellent time at the Nauview House. The home was just as it was described. The house was very clean & the towels in the bathrooms were very big & fluffy. The house was very beautifully decorated.
We enjoyed our time in Old Nauvoo. We took the informative Wagon Ride. We also went to the park in Quincy, IL & saw the flood. And said a prayer for the flood victims. We loved the old homes in Quincy. We went on to Hannibal & went to Lovers Leap. And was disappointed that the trolley ride there was not going. This was on a Sunday. It was running again on Mon.
We would recommend this property to everyone we know. And would like to maybe return again sometime when the weather is a little warmer; so we can enjoy the deck in the sunshine. And perhaps spot a few more Eagles. We did spot 2.

What a gem!

My wife, 3 boys under 12 and I stayed at the NauView House for 5 nights while our oldest son attended a youth conference across the river in Nauvoo. The house was everything that was advertised and more. The view of the Mississippi and the Nauvoo Temple were stellar. Waking up and opening my eyes on the sunrise, temple and river was absolutely incredible. The kids loved the foosball table and games in the play room. We played out on the lawn with some of the yard games that were there as well. The drive to Nauvoo along both the east and west banks of the Mississippi was about 40 minutes but the time was enjoyable as the scenery was fantastic.

The owners were fantastic to interact with and provided excellent directions and information package. Key was received promptly. I would highly recommend the NauView House to anyone wanting to spend time in the Nauvoo area.

WHAT A REPLACE TO RELAX AND ENJOY THE BEAUTY

We had a wonderful weekend at your home.. Thanks so much for sharing. I've always been drawn to the river, so it was wonderful to see the views from the home. We loved driving around roads around the river. The cardinal, bluejays and woodpeckers were abundant out our windows, though I did not see a feeder; there must have been natural food for them somewhere. Keokuk and Ft Madison are close if you want to get a bite to eat or shop and of course Navoo, IL is just across the river. Can wait to go there in the summer time. Chris Park
