This home is immaculate and located on the first hole of the RoadRunner Golf Court with beautiful view of the golf course, mountains and city lights.Quail Creek is a 55+ adult community. Quail Creek has just been selected as one of the country's best places to retie by 'Where to Retire' and 'New Choices for Retirement' chose Green Valley last year. This home is spacious, bright, comfortable and is beautifully decorated with new furniture and bedding throughout. It has surround sound, home theatre system with a Blue Ray DVD and a Wii. Great back patio with fans, fire pit, built in grill and an outdoor TM. Golf cart furnished.
