This private ocean front property is situated on 2 acres of an 8 acre family property. There are amazing ocean views, a private swimming cove, and room for the whole family. The 300 year old house has been recently renovated and lovingly maintained. It is fully equipped with linens, dishes, outdoor grill, and much more. There is swimming from the property or a short walk to the beach, Bird Sanctuary, Sachuest Point, and St George's School. Downtown Newport, a five minute drive, is close enough and far enough away. A large studio with a kitchen and 1 bath is included in August. Even the outdoor shower has a killer view.

The spacious studio which is available in July and August is a great space for entertaining or for a couple. This space offers a kitchen and another bathroom
