Each home site borders on land, which is protected from development for eternity. The homes in South Creek Acres are designed to take full advantage of the beauty of the natural surroundings in combination with comfort and amenities necessary for a great vacation. Come and enjoy fantastic sunsets from your own private parkside decks or Florida rooms and beautiful sunrises from your private ocean view deck. Fish or stroll along our tidal creek, bike along our service road, use one of our nine conveniently located beach accesses.
