This wonderful home is the perfect place to relax in and from which to base all of your Sun Valley adventures as the incredible views, privacy and location cannot be overstated! Sit on the marble hearth and warm up next to the rock fireplace. Look out floor to ceiling windows to watch skiers on Bald and Dollar Mountains as deer and fox stroll by the yard. The kitchen was just renovated and has brand new appliances, heated floors and is equipped with cookware, dishware, and basic supplies. Linens are provided (bedding and towels) and there is a washer/dryer in the house. The private hot tub sits just steps outside the back door and looks upon Bald Mountain and up to the amazing Central Idaho skies. High-speed wireless internet access is available - just bring your laptop. A Sun Valley Lodge recreation card is included with rental and allows the use of their incredible pools, fitness center/locker rooms and provides discounted golf greens fees and tennis court rentals.

More About the Property: The open space of Penny Hill borders the yard and overlooks Ketchum on one side and Sun Valley on the other. Hike it for wildflowers in the spring or climb up and sled right down to the house in winter (sleds are in the garage). A wide paved bike/pedestrian path runs from the front of the house to the Sun Valley Lodge (less than 500 yards) and over into downtown Ketchum (1/2 mile). The snowshoe and crosscountry ski trails start across the street. A free shuttle bus runs in front of the house and goes to the main ski lodges at Baldy and downtown Ketchum. Whether it is for business or pleasure - this house is central to it all. A perfect location for the SVCA Wine Auction in July, the Trailing of the Sheep Festival in October or the Swing & Dixieland Jazz Festival.

CONCIERGE Services available: Concierge services are now available with prior notice - just let us know what your needs are and we will get it arranged. We can schedule food delivery, mid-stay cleanings, babysitting services, airport pickup, or just about anything else you might need.

It was perfect.Your house is so comfortable and what a perfect location! The heated floors were the hit. Every morning the oohs and aahs as the feet came into the kitchen were great. Also the jacuzzi was fabulous. My husband actually fell asleep in there. I really enjoyed the location to the slopes and the lodge where we skated and bowled and ate. Really great. You are lucky to have such a fabulous house to share and next time we will come in the summer and bring our dog!
