This huge home has large rooms. It is located in the heart of Key Largo's premier deep water neighborhood. We're literally steps away from shopping, restaurants, dive shops, a swim park, tennis, hand ball courts, & a jogging track. This OCEAN SIDE gem has 30 feet of AVAILABLE DOCK, affording no bridges access to the Atlantic Ocean and to the most spectacular reefs in the Florida Keys. Only one boat is permitted per rental. In just a few short minutes you are within the boundaries of John Pennekamp Park, America's Premier Underwater Marine Preserve. 2 master suites, (one with additional twin sleepers) & plenty of common areas . All that plus free WiFi, dock, hot tub & BACK YARD POOL. WOW. If you wish to play golf there is an 18 hole public golf course 45 minutes away.
Key Largo Highlights: Dive capital of the United States. Our location is unequaled for ease of access to the top-rated reefs in the entire Florida Keys. French & Molasses reefs, the Spiegal Grove, the Christ Statue, are just out the door. Bring a boat or rent one. Keep it at our dock during your stay. It's that convenient. Go diving, swim, paddle board, fish, para-sail, jet ski, explore the Everglades, and have a blast. It's all good! Just around the corner is a water park, tennis courts, handball, ball fields & world class pools. Our restaurants are superb locally owned jewels. You can buy fresh seafood just blocks away at the commercial fishing docks, or you can catch your own.
Come for Family Reunions and Weddings: What a great home for a large family reunion or for your wedding guests for an 'oh so memorable stay.' There are venues nearby for beach front nuptials with catering. There aren't many homes available that are this big and spacious and if your family is too big for this, we have access to other houses close by for the rest of your clan where short term rentals are prohibited. Also houses bay side, the best of both worlds. The kids love it here, and so will you. Bring your fishing gear and plenty of sunscreen!
I am always a little apprehensive when looking for a place to stay on the internet, but with that being said this place is just plain AWESOME!!!!!!!! The pictures that you see are nothing compared to how the house is; the owners really worked with me and I appreciate that because when I was inquiring about the place I was in Afghanistan. The Family and I really enjoyed the house and all it has to offer; everything from the nice comfortable beds to the pool and hot tub to the dock where we parked our boat was just amazing. We originally were going to have the whole family there but it just ended up being the wife, son, and daughter, because our oldest daughter and her husband were unable to come. There is SO much room we probably didn’t use 60% of the house but that is in no way a knock on the place. The owners greeted us when we arrived and showed us everything the home has and they were very nice. The next time we come to the Keys we will definitely stay here again. If I had anything bad thing to say about this place it would be that large alligator statue that greets you when you walk thru the front door; I was not expecting that and we were somewhat disappointed that there were no Coconuts on the trees we really wanted some fresh ones (LOL). All and all this place is 10 out of 10 and we had a blast, thanks so much for having us.
We have been going down to the Keys for many years and really enjoyed this place. Plenty of room and close to everything you would need (including the deep sea fishing charter which was right around the corner)! Pool was great and the deck off the kitchen was awesome!
Owners were great to work with and we would love to go back!
We had 10 of us at this house celebrating my mom's upcoming 90th birthday and it fit our family perfectly. The house is huge. We had 3 couples (1 teenager) and 3 single adults and everyone had their own bedroom which was awesome. (The beds were very comfortable) Loved the layout, the screened in patio upstairs was where we spent a lot of our evenings. The living room also has about 4 couches and we spent some time in there just watching tv as well. Pool was great as was the area downstairs. The kitchen was awesome and we made all our meals there. They supplied all the necessary utensils and in fact this was true for everything, towels, linens etc. Just move in and you really don't have to worry about supplying anything. We loved this spot, it was in a very safe neighborhood and close to everything in Key Largo. We hope to be back soon. Very Highly recommended.
We went for a multiple family and friends celebration, we had 16 people in our party, 6 couples and 4 kids between 14-18, it was some family and some friends. First let me say the house is so big that you have so much room you never have to worry about being on top of each other, there are 2 huge living rooms, tow outdoor patios screened in one with a bar one with a hot tub, an outdoor layout are area on 3rd floor as well as out by the dock. We rented a boat and did our own fishing and snorkeling and saved huge!! The house has everything you could need and more!!!! The first floor master had tow trundle pop ups and the 3rd floor master has a fold out so we took the kids in our rooms and that prevented having to fold out beds in common areas daily!!! It was awesome we had a blast and will be back!!! The owners were nice and so helpful and were full of information!!!
We had 18 family members meet here for Christmas. The owners went all out and decorated the house for Christmas, complete with the tree! We had a great time and found there to be plenty of room. The pool area is especially nice and we spent alot of time there. The house sits in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood along a canal which would be great if you had a boat. We did rent kayaks from a local outfitter. Lots of restaurants, some within walking distance.
Vacationers should be aware that while the Keys are a great place for water sports, there aren't nice, sand beaches that we think of when we think FL. Key West is a couple hours away, which makes for a nice day trip.

We had stayed here last year and this year and both times we had great experiences.
The house is immaculate. The owner, Bill and their house keeper wants everything to be just perfect for you. They will do everything to try and accomodate you.
Last year we celebrated my daughter 21st birthday with 11 people. There was plenty of room for everyone. This year, it was only my husband and I and another couple.
There is so much to do. My husband and friends played golf last year and Bill set it up for him. The ladies went shopping, Everything is so close, plenty of restaurants, swim with the dolphins, fishing and a publix and pharmacy is right at your fingertips.
The neighborhood is very nice and relaxing. You can take walks at night and not be afraid. We even walked to Coconut restaurant. This house is everything the pictures and ad said it was. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone who wants a chance to experience Key Largo and it surroundings.
