Sunset Vistas is a luxury Gulf Front Resort directly on the beach in Treasure Island. This new facility was recently opened in late 2006, and has quickly become one of the most desired spots for vacationing. This condo is completely furnished, with two queen beds and a sleeper sofa, for plenty of room for up to six.

Sit on your private North Side Balcony and watch incredible Sunsets with our beach views. The On-site Cafe serves breakfast and fresh lunch items daily and is a convenient way to take that relaxing snack, right on the beach.

The beaches of Treasure Island stretch forever with soft white sand, perfect for jogging, volleyball, walking and shelling. The water is clear, clean and blue and always comfortable. Surf casting for that big trophy is also popular right in front of the Vista's.

The Vista's are only 1/2 mile from John's Pass where you can enjoy great shopping, wonderful dining, rent boats, jet skis and take fishing trips.

High Speed in Unit Internet too.

The Vista's: The Sunset Vista's are located on the North end of a great stretch of white sandy beaches in Treasure Island. Only a stone through away is John's Pass, famous for Shopping, boating rentals, Jet Ski's, chartered fishing trips and dining.

The fishing in front of the complex is excellent early in the am or later in the evening. Many species have been landed with simple surf casting while relaxing on the shore front.

The complex offers a Cafe' that has freshly cooked meals including breakfast and lunch. They also carry simple things like soap, shampoo, beer, soda, etc. The service is excellent and quick.

There are two very large pool areas, one for kids and the other for the adults with plenty of lounge chairs. The beachfront bar opens around noon time where you can enjoy your favorite beverage.

On the weekends there is live music by the bar area as well and a large deck area for dancing.

A hot tub that can easily sit 8 awaits you between the pool and the bar area

The Unit: The unit is fully furnished with plenty of room to sleep six. We have a TV with Cable in each bedroom and the living area. They are also equipped with DVD players. Our unit has a stereo for music and CD enjoyment.

Their is a private Washer & Dryer in the unit so you can clean up your clothes during weekly or monthly stays.

There are two separate bathrooms that are spacious with tile throughout. High Speed Wireless Internet for our Guests

All the appliances are new, clean and fully functional.

The Hard Rock Casino and over 100 great places to eat and shop are all just across the bridge. There are over 82 public and private golf courses for you to play.

The Vista's are only 1/2 mile from John's Pass where you can enjoy great shopping, wonderful dining, rent boats, jet skis, take fishing trips or listen to local entertainment at the infamous Gator's Dockside.

We really enjoyed staying at your Condo.The sunsets from the balcony were breath taking.Lots of activty there.Inside condo was decorated nice and had everything there to make your stay a pleasure.

Great Stay - Highly Recommended

We had a fantastic time staying here and were very impressed with the condo which was lovely and clean and furnished to a high standard. The whole complex is great - especially the pool, and its in a fab location - right on the beach and near to John's Pass where we spent many evenings having dinner whilst watching the dolphins swimming in the bay. It was our first visit to Florida and we came for a relaxing family holiday which we certainly had. The owners and the letting agents were all a pleasure to deal with and we would highly recommend staying here.

Very nice stay

We loved staying at your condo. The place was sparking clean, and the furnishings were wonderful. The location is amazing, we loved the beach, and also loved to travel to Johns Pass as well.

The only thing we didn't care for was that the pool open and closed earlier than we would have liked, but that is nothing compared to the condo - which again, was wonderful. We would have liked more musical entertainment at the bar as well. In case there is a suggestion box for the complex - maybe you could mention that!!!

We would stay again. Thank you for making this wonderful place available to us.

Perfect For A Girls Getaway

Two of my girlfriends and I spent most of October 2009 in this delightful condo and will be returning for 2010 and hopefully many years to come. It is immaculate and easy to keep clean. The condo has everything. We prepared Thanksgiving Canadian Style and many gourmet meals. We loved the beach access, the cosmopolitan mix of European and North American guests at the pool, the temperature of 90* in the pool and the expertly-maintained gardens and grounds. There is shopping galore, fine dining and casual beach restaurants nearby. It's perfect! And the hosts are very pleasant and accommodating. I highly recommend this vrbo listing.

Fantastic Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time during our stay in this rental on Treasure Island in mid-April. The condo unit was very clean, and nicely decorated. It is conveniently close to the elevator and away from the music of the TikiBar. We traveled with a toddler (18 mo.) and he absolutely loved the toddler pool. Additionally, the rental has several child-proofing outlet covers, and numerous beach toys for children to play with. The owners and property managers were extremely helpful, including receiving and holding packages that we sent down ahead of our arrival. The resort property was very well maintained, including replacing older pool chairs with brand new ones and building a new walkway to the beach during our stay. The beach is excellent, with soft sand as well as shells to find, and a shallow entry into the Gulf for children wading and swimming. The location is very nice, close enough to supermarkets, restaurants and ice cream shops, yet away from the more crowded center of Treasure Island. If you are looking for kid friendly 1/2 day trips, we very much enjoyed the Lowry Park Zoo, and the Florida Aquarium which are easily drivable from the island.
We fully expect to return and rent this property again in the future.
