Here is a New Gulf Front Condo that sits on the Top Floor of the small complex. Attitude Adjustment has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms that easily accommodates 8 people with its 1,700 sq. ft. The condo is beautifully furnished to help accentuate the fine finishes such as granite countertops, custom kitchen with stainless appliances, tiled master shower, etc. The Gulf and Beach Views are absolutely breathtaking from the living areas and 100' of decks. Not to mention exquisite sunsets. The complex has an elevator and also a small pool to relax around when you want to take a break from the saltwater. The Mexico Beach City Pier is just a stones throw away to enjoy walks, sightseeing, and fishing. The unit is located within walking distances of restaurants, convenient stores, arcade, public boat ramp, and marina.
