Spacious 3800 sq. ft, 5 bedroom, 4 bath home with open floor plan and finished walk out basement, sitting on 1.8 acres on dead end street. The home is located 2 blocks from a public boat ramp and 1/2 block from Jonathan Creek, one of the most popular fishing and boating areas on Kentucky Lake. This home has a circular concrete drive with ample parking, 800 sq. ft deck with a park like setting, over sized two car garage and boat slip on dock. This house has been completely remodeled and shows off its oak hardwood and ceramic flooring in common areas, beautiful crown molding and trim, recessed lighting, custom built cherry kitchen cabinets and built ins, new appliances, vanities, and fixtures.

This home features a beautiful, well furnished kitchen with eating bar and stools plus a breakfast nook and stools and dining room with cherry dining room suite with seating for 8. There are two sitting areas on main level which are furnished with leather furniture, one with a big screen HDTV and DVD player and the other with a TV fireplace, and desk area

The four carpeted bedrooms, located on the main level include the master bedroom which has a king size bed with separate tiled bath, jacuzzi tub/tiled shower combination, TV and patio door to deck area. The second bedroom includes a queen bed with TV. The third bedroom has a beautiful antique bedroom set with full size bed and the fourth bedroom has a bunk bed set including desk and drawers and a separate twin bed. Bedrooms all have an abundance of storage for your items and are within easy access to a beautiful community tiled bath with commode, tub/tiled shower combination and double basin, double mirrored, cherry vanity. There is an additional tiled bath and laundry room with washer and dryer which is separate from the bedroom and living areas on the main level as well.

The gorgeous walk out basement features ceramic tiled floors, recessed lighting, kitchenette, full bath, one bedroom with one twin bed and one full bed, foosball and ping pong tables, portable card table, eat in bar and stools with TV plus a reading/sitting area as well as a leather sectional sofa with pull out sleeper. The two hot water heaters, two central heat and air units and two refrigerators with ice makers will keep your comfort level high whether your enjoying the main level or basement during your stay.

Amazing Home... Highly Recommended!!!

This house is absolutely amazing!! Our family of 8 just spent the Easter holiday here... and the home was so spacious, we could have had 8 more and still had plenty of room!!! We couldn't think of a single thing to add to make this home better... it was completely stocked with everything!! We all were so impressed with how thoughtful the owners were in making our stay completely comfortable and carefree! I would highly recommend staying here. In fact, we were already planning on coming back before we had even left!!! Top rate home!!!

Excellent home

My family of 11 met in Benton and stayed for 3 nights in this beautiful home. It was VERY clean and amply stocked with linens and dishes. The large dining room table was big enough for all of us to gather around for meals. It was a roomy home with plenty of bathrooms/showers for all of us. The property owner was easy to work with. We would book this property again!

Multi family vacation

We had such a good time here. When we arrived everything was clean and ready to go. We bought groceries for the week and had 2 refrigerators to fill up. There was plenty of supplies already there like spices and laundry supplies. We had 4 families all with kids and there was plenty of room for all to run and play. We had 2 boats we brought so we used the dock and boat slips which were very nice. The kids got to swim right off the dock while we got the boats ready to go. We will be back for sure again!

Relaxing, Spacioius, and a Great Location!

We were blessed with great weather while there. We took full advantage of the boat dock and were happy to find a place for gas on the water and good fishing spot not far from the dock. The first night was full of friendly competition in the game room with table tennis, foosball, and air hockey. It is also equipped with a nice kitchen area for the all important snacks as well. The whole house is very clean, artfully decorated, and the owners have provided many things to make it comfy and inviting. You will feel quite at home in no time in the spacious open floor plan design. The Moors Marina is a close drive with nice pontoon boats and wave runners for rent. There are some very good places to eat. If on a budget check out Belew's known for burgers and shakes. If feeling more extravagant take the scenic drive to Grand Rivers 30 miles away to Pattie's for one of a kind 2" pork chops and mile high meringue pies. There is a bait shop and Dollar store just minutes from the house. The views are relaxing as you sit out on the deck and watch the hummingbirds play as they eat from the hanging feeders. It was perfect for our stay and a great alternative to cabins and motels. The owners are a joy to work with making for an experience we hope to try again in the future. The only word of caution is all 4 bedrooms are on the same side of the house. The Master, two with Queen beds, and the last for children with bunk beds and a bed. While this was not a problem for us or the couple that stayed with us but may be a concern for those who want more privacy between bedrooms. Kentucky Lake is beautiful with great fishing, lots of small coves, and check out the Rock Quarry near Moors Marina for the colorful local graffiti art on the rock walls. It looks to be a local hangout for boaters and swimmers as well. We definitely felt we got our money's worth and more. We would highly recommend this one to friends and family!
