Dishwasher, water softener, well-stocked kitchen, 4 cable TVs, 2 DVD players, 10 Mbps wireless high speed Internet access, library with TV and many novels, cathedral ceilings, spiral stairs, ceiling fans throughout. Game room with TV/DVD. Three story cottage situated on a high, third row corner lot in a very attractive neighborhood. Beautiful ocean and island views from all 3 deck levels and six sliding glass doors. Picnic table on middle deck off kitchen and dining room. Charcoal grill in side play yard, 3 outside showers (2 enclosed). Beautiful beach via direct boardwalk access only 100 paces from driveway. Bedrooms and bath on each floor, excellent privacy for three generation vacations. Weekly only summer; four-night minimum off-season. No smoking. No pets. 102 James Street.
