We offer 4 beautiful ocean view studios. Great Kailua Kona location, quiet setting, 10 minutes to beaches, golf, harbor, & airport. All studios have kitchenettes, full baths, cable TV, free WiFi, covered lanais, queen beds, sleeper sofas for extra guests, and free on-site parking. The Orchid Suite has a full kitchen and the Pineapple and Plumeria Suites have a separate sitting area and walk-in closets. Laundry facilities, beach chairs, towels, coolers, and boogie boards provided.
Your hosts, Anne and daughter, Nanette have lived in Kona and explored this island for over 20 years. We greet our guests in person and are available throughout their stay to help plan their outings. We especially enjoy our European visitors, as we both speak German. A welcome basket of fresh tropical fruit, baked goods and juice awaits our guests at arrival. Coffee, tea and cocoa are provided.

It has a wonderful garden view, and you can see the Kona coastline through the banana trees, which are so close, you can almost pick the fruit from the lanai. $85/nt single, $95/nt double.
PINEAPPLE SUITE (sleeps 4)- spacious, first floor suite (over 600sf) with separate sitting area. It has a queen bed, 2 sleeper sofas, full bath, walk-in closet, covered lanai, kitchenette, LCD cable TV, and WiFi. There is a view of the ocean through the banana trees. $105/nt single, $115/nt double.
PLUMERIA SUITE (sleeps 4) - top floor ocean view suite (over 600sf) with separate sitting area and vaulted ceilings. It has a queen bed, 2 sleeper sofas, full bath, walk-in closet, covered lanai, kitchenette, LCD cable TV, and WiFi. $115/nt single, $125/nt double.
ORCHID SUITE (sleeps 4) - top floor ocean view suite (over 600sf) with vaulted ceilings and a well equipped kitchen. It has a queen bed, 2 sleeper sofas, full bath, covered lanai, LCD cable TV, and WiFi. $115/nt single, $125/nt double.
Additional guests in any unit are $20/night extra.

We also rent the entire 4BE/4BA home for friends and family traveling together. It has 4 queen beds and 7 sleeper sofas. The rate is $395/night plus tax. We do not charge a cleaning fee.

RESERVATIONS:: We accept VISA and Mastercard. Reservations require a deposit of 50% of the total reservation. The balance will be charged to the credit card at check-in, unless guests request to pay with cash, travelers checks or a different credit card.
Studio Cancellation Policy: Guests can receive a refund, less a $25 processing fee, if they cancel their reservation in writing at least eight weeks prior to arrival. Otherwise, the deposit may still be refunded if the room is re-rented. Guests who find it necessary to arrive late or depart early are still responsible for the full amount of their reservation.
