Clean and comfortable three bedroom cottage located just 3/10 of a mile to Forest Beach. Located on a quiet residential street there is very little traffic, making it a great spot for kids. A quintessential beach cottage! If you want new construction & granite counter tops this is not the vacation home for you. This classic Cape Cod summer cottage reminds me of summers here on the Cape when I was a child. An incredible spot to build some new family memories while enjoying all that Chatham has to offer. Walk out your door and down the street just 3/10 of a mile to Forest Beach. Soak in the sun during the day, bike on the nearby bike trail, take in the town's band concert on Friday night, and enjoy the shopping and restaurants in Chatham while spending your vacation at this ideal spot.

Cute little house but too small and too dark. The beach was very convinient but couldn't really swim in it, too many algeas and crabs great for little kids that just stay on shore. Nice porch to sit and eat. Loved the neighborhood. Close to the center.
