Ocean view and just 250 yards from Nauset Beach, it's an easy walk for the family (no beach parking fees or long waits in the car!) to the surf and white sand of Nauset Beach. A spacious and airy home that offers a perfect Cape Cod vacation. You'll hear waves breaking on a quiet evening, or enjoy an early morning walk at sunrise on the dunes. You'll love eating breakfast in the sunny family dining room, or on the outdoor deck. The sparkly clean kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, and complete cookware and tableware. There are bright and comfy air conditioned bedrooms, washer/dryer, telephone, cable television with DVD, WI-FI, a fully tiled bath with shower and tub, and electric heat. Outside you'll find a Weber gas grill, patio dining set, and an outdoor shower. No pets and non-smoking.     Cancellation and Refund Policy: Deposit and/or balance will be refunded only if premises are re-rented for the reservation period listed above, less a handling fee of USD $75.00.
  • Weekly Rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Check in 2:00 pm. Check out 10:00 am.
    Daily cleaning services not provided.
