Please share our furnished family condo that we have decorated for your pleasure. Enjoy the spectacular Tan-Tar-A island view from the deck. GREAT FOR THE FIREWORKS! Then relax in our spacious condo with over 1200 sq ft of living space with vaulted ceilings. This condo is perfect for two families with a queen-size bed in the master bedroom along with a newly renovated master bath. The 2nd bedroom also has a queen-size bed which is right next to the newly remodeled main bath. The loft is furnished with one double and one twin which is perfect for the kids which also boosts cable TV and Sony PlayStation 2. The bathrooms are both newly remodeled. All the bedrooms, loft, and family room have ceiling fans. The family room and loft have DVD players, and cable TV in the master bedroom. The complex has a nice pool which also has a small kiddie pool as well. The property also has a swimming dock if you prefer the lake. There is a 24' boat slip also available.

Our stay at Pelican Bay

We had a great time here during the week. It was quite and we had the pool practically to ourselves. Our daughter and her friend took their ipod to the pool of an evening and swam. It was like having our own private pool.

The leaser recomended to check with a boat rental place nearby (Surdyke) and they were great and you rented for an hour and got an hour free.

The codo is clean and just perfect for the 4 of us. We enjoyed the rest and relaxation. There are two trees infront of the deck, so your view is obstructed a little, but it gives you privacy also.

The supplies at the condo was great. I didn't expect to find as much as was there for our use.

When ever we go back I would rent this place again.

great place, few minor problems

The place was great. It had plenty of room and worked perfectly for our girls weekend trip. Pool and swimming dock were very close and added the right amount of fun. The high ceilings, though, made it hard to keep cool, and towels were limited, but other than we really didn't have any complaints!

This condo was exactly what we were looking for. The location was great, the size of the condo and the decor of the condo were both perfect. The kids loved the loft as it was a great get away and the Play Station made it even more fun. We had good fishing off the dock. The boat slip and lift were very nice and worked very well. The pool was very clean. The condo very clean and nicely decorated. A perfect home away from home. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking. The lessor was very knowledgeable, helpful, congenial, and worked out a schedule to fit our vacation needs. We plan to book a week again next year.

Me and the other guests that stayed here highly recommend this condo to any one looking for a great place to stay while down at the lake! if not for the great view/location, cleanliness of the condo, or size of the condo, then for the amazing customer service the owner provides from beginning to end.

The renting process was extremely smooth and organized. before leaving for the lake, the owner even printed out directions from your leaving destination to the condo, which i appreciated.

The condo itself is beautiful, the view makes it hard to leave, and the style and size makes you feel at home. It was equiped with everything we could have needed.

The location of the condo was perfect, it was in the heart of osage beach which make it minutes away from anything. It took us only 15 minutes to get to the northern part of the lake. it has a perfect size dock to swim off of, Boat slips, and a pool.

We enjoyed our time down here, and the condo was a big reason for that. So if you are looking for a great place to stay, this is the one place we will come to again and again.

Loved staying here!!

Soaking up the fun Bunker Hill, IL

I found this unit for a girls weekend with my sisters and nieces. The owner was great to work with. He promptly addressed my questions and supplied me with all the information I needed - even directions from my hometown. He also made recommendations for us. I had stayed other places around the lake that you had to drive forever on winding roads to get to and then had a view of nothing and then drive further to find somewhere to eat.

First positive note was that it was easy to get to off HWY 54 and right on the lake. Next, A gentleman came along as we were unloading our luggage and offered to carry it to our unit. How rare is that!! We let him take the cooler.

It was 2 minutes from Surdyke, where we rented wave-runners and about 5 minutes from Tan Tara where we rented a pontoon boat. From the pontoon we could see that the Pelican Bay complex had a large dock and storage area for boats. We were only 10 minutes from the Outlet Mall, which the nieces LOVED. They also wanted to parasail which we found near the dam, which was probably 15 minutes away. We probably could have found it closer.

The pool was beautifully done and well-maintained. The pictures don't do it justice. It was very quiet, maybe because it was the weekend after the 4th of July, but we rarely saw other people.

We cooked at the unit for most of our meals and found that we had everything we needed. All 8 of us sat in the living room and watched movies. The bathrooms looked like they had just been re-done and were very nice.

We all enjoyed our stay so much, we hated to leave. We'll be back.
