Centric Condo w/ Lagoon View, Steps to Beach & La Concha Resort

I want to start off by saying that I would definitely recommend this property to others!! Rob and Tijuana provided excellent customer service. Rob answered all of my questions prior to my visit and Tijuana answered all of my questions during my visit.

The property was as described via the description and pictures. All three bedrooms were spacious and had AC units. The linen, towels, and washcloths were very clean and smelled great. The WiFi worked well all through the property. The living room was nice and had several windows that let in a great breeze and provided great views of the lagoon. From the balcony you could see the beach that is located across the street from the property. The kitchen was nice and contained everything needed to cook a meal (even though we didn't cook anything). There was enough laundry detergent to wash a load of clothes and enough dishwasher detergent to wash dishes several times in the dishwasher.

There are several stores and restaurants within walking distance. There were high-end stores as well as Walgreen's, Subway, Chili's, Wendy's, Sizzler and several native stores and restaurants.

There are a couple of fitness centers nearby, however we just jogged around the block a few times.

Overall, I was very satisfied with the property and the location of the property (close to the beach, lagoon, stores, restaurants and bus stops).

We loved our stay in PR and it was in good part to such good accommodations, this place was just what we needed, centric, clean, spacious, comfortable beds and furniture, full kitchen, a good TV and wireless. It was nice to come 'home' after a nice day on the beach, strolling around Old San Juan or the rain forest.
The booking process was a breeze and there was always good communication through all the steps with the owner Rob (to us the service began here). The manager, Tijuana, answered all our questions when we arrived at the apartment and always had a nice smile, very professional.
We were here 5 days and it could have been a month, we are already recommending this place to our family and friends...for the price this is definitely the place to be.

Arrived on 9/29/2012. The building is not hard to find - it's on the corner of Calle Marseilles and Calle Delcasse and there is a black gate around it. Location is good - a very short walk from the main strip in Condado (Ashford, I believe). Close to the beach and casinos (La Concha, the Hilton, etc.). Condo itself was clean when we arrived and everything was in working order. It's on the 3rd floor - you can walk up or take the elevator. Plenty of space to spread out in the living room.

Tijuana showed me around when we got there and helped me out with my questions about good spots to drink in the neighborhood. She was extremely professional and helpful. We came back to the condo one evening to find the power was out. I called Tijuana and left her a voicemail, and she called me back very quickly to make sure everything was okay. By then, the power had come back (we did not have this issue again for the rest of our stay).

The parking spot came in very handy when we rented a van to hit up the rainforest and came back to find the streets packed with cars for the monthly Heineken party that they do on the big town green/on the beach. It would have been impossible to find somewhere to park had we not had the spot under the building. (A word to the wise, though - these parties are on the last Sunday night of every month, and the traffic was insane trying to get back to the place. We spent about an hour once we were off the highway just inching forward through Condado to our condo. So think twice about renting out a car on that day unless you're going to be returning in the afternoon. This of course is not anyone's fault.)

The only real "complaint" we had is that the living room can get very warm, even with 3 big fans blasting. While all of the bedrooms have AC and get very cool and comfortable, the living room was always at least a little warm. It was not sweltering, though, so most of us got used to it.

Overall a great stay, and I'd recommend this place for any length of stay (we were there two nights). Thanks!
