Close to Ashford,(with all its stores and restaurants), but very quiet. And 3 blocks away to the beach! Used all the appliances (toaster, microwave, stove, oven, washer, dryer) and they worked fine.. Didn't realize no A/C in the living area (just window units in each br) but the 2 provided fans helped. Furniture comfortable for 3 and lighting adequate. Thanks for some basic supplies, they were appreciated::soap,dish detergent, paper towels, napkins, clothes detergent as well as 2 chairs in a bag. Love several of the Asian restaurants that are just around the corner and the location is close to Walgreen's, where you can pick up all the essentials you can't carry on (sunscreen!!) Loved the big flat screen TV in the LR. We come often to San Juan. Would we stay here again? Oh yes, definitely. It was easy to deal with Lilly who was prompt in returning our deposit. I still cannot believe how nice, clean, and well equipped it was for the price and the bonus of 2 bathrooms.

Perfect getaway from the Hotel experience

This three bedroom apartment is conveniently located two very short blocks from Condado Beach, yet it is far enough away from the tourist noise in the evenings.
The apartment is not new, but is is very comfortable with lots of included amenities that you would not get a a resort or hotel. It is a much better investment than a seaside hotel.

The bedrooms were roomy with AC and all the comforts of home were available, including a washer and dryer. Having a full kitchen and two bathrooms was a plus for our large group.

Dealing with the owner was fast and easy and we had nothing to worry about once we got onsite.

I would highly recomend this apartment to any travelers with large groups and children. I know I will be dealing with these same folks on my next visit to Puerto Rico. They made my experience painless and hassle free.

Great Location! Close to Everything!

This is a great place to stay, it is close to everything. Condado Beach is only a block away and it is beautiful. It is always something to do. Restaurants, nightlife, shopping, grocery, and public transportation is right on the main strip. The apartment comfortably slept 6 adults and was equipped with everything we needed to have a wonderful vacation. I am looking forward to staying here again. Lily is the best, very helpful and so nice. This was really an amazing trip, and a really great place to stay.

Very accurate description and always quick response from the owner, smooth transaction also. Shops and restaurants round the corner, but apartment is still in the quiet corner. We were very happy with the beach over the street, also valuated roominess and amenities of the appartment like private parking, balcony, 2 bathrooms, flexible internet connection. Great and safe property with reasonable price. I would definitely recommend to anyone and would rent again myself if ever this spot of the world!

Great Place to stay

Smooth transaction, quick response from owner. Great location, close to lots of restaurants, shops, casinos, bars and beach. The apt. is big, confortable and clean. The livingroom is big. Nicely decorated. Big kitchen with washer and dryer. All bedrooms are comfortable with lots of space and A/C. The bathrooms very clean. Have reserved parking for 1 car.
Overall, it's a excellent place to stay. The rental price is great for the type of property you are renting and the location is quiet and safe. It's home away from home. I recommend this place to anyone, you won't be dissapointed.
