This 2000 sq ft luxury upper unit has been totally upgraded and remodeled. Featuring spectacular ocean, beach and sunset views from the living room and kitchen. You are closer to the water in this unit than many oceanfront properties elsewhere in Newport Beach and just feet from the sand. The full service kitchen has new upgraded GE Monogram appliances and granite counter tops. The living room is spectacular with 13 foot ceilings, fireplace and features a 46' wall mounted LCD TV and DVD player. There are Queen beds in the 3 bedrooms and a King in the Master. The Master also includes a vaulted ceiling, large walk in closet, 6x5 shower with a bench, 2 shower heads, one rain head and body sprays. The hall bath features a large shower with 2 shower heads and bench.

Also on Seashore Drive less that 1/2 mile is a park with basketball, handball and tennis courts. Enjoy an active vacation on the beach, or visit the many local attractions which are an easy drive from this great Newport Beach location. This property is just a short walk to circle K, Cronic Tacos, and other restaurants.
