Our condo is on one of the highest points on Lake Travis, so the views are breathtaking. It is decorated Texas chic style and is very comfortable and private, not to mention large enough, approx. 1500 sq. ft. 3/2+study that each person can have some space but still be together. We have a Jet Ski pad. The shared hot tub is just below our back door and pool just a few steps from that. It is truly the ideal place to relax and unwind. We are just 30 minutes drive through the beautiful Hill Country to Marble Falls a quaint small town with great restaurants and antiquing. 20 minutes toward Austin is the new Galleria Mall. In the small village of Spicewood, only 10 minutes drive is beautiful Krause Springs where it is fun to spend a day or afternoon picnicking and swimming in the spring fed swimming holes. In Spicewood you'll also find, some of the best BBQ in Texas, a zipline through the canopy of trees and a vineyard or 2.

20 minutes from downtown Austin. There is so much to do in the area San Antonio is less than 2 hours away with many great small towns along the way. Burnett has the Longhorn Caverns which are a must see, they even offer concerts in the caverns in summer.

  • Master is upstairs with a comfy king and 400 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets. In the bedroom on main floor are 2 twins which can be pushed together. Decorated with Ralph Lauren bedding this room is sure to please singles or couples. Kids bedroom upstairs has one set of twin bunkbeds and one twin bed. This room is decorated in a fishing theme, kids love it. In our study just off the master we have a sleeper sofa. This room is separated from master by half wall and plantation shutters.

Romantic & Relaxing or Family & Fun: Our condo is great not only for the view and seeing nature, but we are just 2 miles from Pace Bend State Park here you have even more hiking trails and fun. The wildlife in the area is gorgeous, we see deer, road runners and many other types of birds, and have even seen the occasional fox. In the low season you will pretty much have the entire complex to yourself, so it is very secluded and the hot tub and pool will feel as if it is all yours. The fishing off the dock is great. As you sit out in the morning on the balcony with your coffee you will see the fish jumping, it really gives you the itch to throw out a line. We would love to have you, pls call I am more than happy to answer any questions. We are an awesome location to come for UT games.

Thanks you so much for the use of your beautiful home. I have stayed here twice. Once with girlfriends and the other with husband and kids. We love the view, cooking out, sitting on the deck having coffee watching the boats go by. The pool is so easily accessible as well as the hottub. One more thing...the beds are very comfortable...wonderful nights sleep and the kitchen is just like at home, all the conveniences!!! We will be back for a 3rd visit.
