Come visit our comfortable, tastefully furnished condo by the sea.

Located in the Front Beach district of Isle of Palms, 1/2 block from the beach and right in the middle of all the fun. Walk to all Front Beach restaurants and bars including the Barefoot Bistro, Banana Cabana and the world famous Windjammer. Our unit has an 'ocean peak' with a sliver of a view of the beach/ocean through two oceanfront condos. Guests can enjoy the condo pool and plenty of free on-site parking.

Our unit sleeps up to 4 people with a queen size bed in the bedroom (bedroom has all new furniture). The living room is equipped with new (Dec. 2009) furniture including a Klaussner sleeper sofa bed that has a super cushy mattress as well as two new microfiber chairs. Unit has all new flooring including newly carpeted bedroom.

As a bonus, this unit has a small front deck, perfect for enjoying a margarita.

Isle of Palms offers the best beach in the Charleston area - great for swimming, surfing or long beach walks. If boating is your thing, head to the Isle of Palms Marina to launch your boat or rent one. Looking to get in a few rounds of golf?

The highly rated Wild Dunes Ocean and Harbor courses are located on the North end of the island - 3 minutes by car.

Historic Charleston and Sullivan's Island are both a short drive away and offer historic forts, museums, fantastic restaurants and shopping, shopping, shopping!

winter getaway.

We are a retired couple from PA. We stayed here to escape the winter weather. We stayed for a month and loved every minute of it. It was perfect for us. You can't beat the location. It really is within easy walking distance of several restaurants and also to the beach. Even when the weather was a little cool the beach was beautiful to walk on. Ann was wonderful to work with and we hope to do it again.

Great Visit to Isle of Palms

We really enjoyed our stay here. It isn’t a luxury resort and it isn’t ocean view, but it was clean and near enough to food and shops that we didn’t have to move our car. It is an older building, and like many other places we have stayed, you can hear overhead footsteps and plumbing activity. But it has been well maintained and everything worked fine. It is much better than a typical hotel room. My wife and I will stay here again if we can.

Close to everything!

We really enjoyed the location of this unit. It was a short walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. It was a 20 minute drive to downtown Charleston. Overall, we were satisfied with the unit. The pros were that it was really quiet, a really nice bathroom, and close to everything. The cons were the unit had an "old house" smell, bed was uncomfortable, and unit was smaller than expected. The parking lot was also hard to get in and out of if you have a larger car. It was a great deal and we didn't really spend that much time at the unit except to sleep and shower.

Great getaway weekend

My wife and I stayed here during a weekend of visiting Charleston and The Citidel. The room had two air conditioning systems, one quite mini split in the bedroom and a central ac for the whole unit. Unlike a hotel unit it was quite and peaceful unlike the window hotel type units. The kitchen had coffee and all the cookware for small meals. This is a excellent value for a couple or family with two children. The furniture was nice and the balcony had two chairs and a table. The best quality is the low level of noise. Being off the beach and shopping area it is very quiet. The limited number of rooms helps aid in the ease of parking and reduced foot traffic. The walk to the beach does not take much time and all the town restaurants are close as well are the shops. Charleston historic distric is 15 minutes away. Sullivan island is seven minutes and offers a couple of excellent dining establishments. We do not enjoy large hotels so we found this to meet our needs.

Anniversary Trip

We had a great time. Very relaxing with beach less than a block away. Apartment showing signs of age but met our needs in size and basics above a just a hotel room. Was disappointed with how well stocked the kitchen was; it would have been nice to have had pot holders, among other basics that were missing for those of us who actually cook on vacation to save money. Also, the apartment was dirty when we arrived; not filthy, but very definitely dirty. I had to clean some to bring it up to something I could deal with. This could be a such a nice place with a little TLC. The complex was quiet an well maintained even though it seems to be the place where people with dogs go to stay. Ours must have been the only unit that was pet free. The pictures on the site portray this as being alot more than it is. It overlooks a public parking lot that holds about 200 cars, which when full really didn't pose a problem when we were there. You also can barely see the ocean from this location. The town is nice and we walked around alot, to the grocery store, shops, restaurants. The pizza shop and the cantina both had good food. Drove into Charlotte to see the sites, only a 20 mile round trip, not bad. For the most part the people in the area were friendly and it seems like a very "safe" area. If we were to come back to this area we might even consider staying here again with the knowledge that the apartment would be cleaned properly. Clean carpets (vacumned), shampooed furniture, counters and dressers wiped down. It would also be nice if the window sills and trim were wiped down.

Comfortable, clean, good location and safe

We stayed 4 nights Sept 6 - 10. W went to the beach everyday, about a block. Resturants walking distance. Sea bisquit the best. Police dept and Fire right across. We used the laundry room and pool was clean. There is someone on site during the day. This was very affordable and I would stay there again.
