This beautiful, large 3 bedroom/1 full bath is located on Waverly Place and Grove Street in the heart of Greenwich Village, one of the most sought after areas in NYC. Walk one flight up to the second floor and into this newly furnished apartment that can sleep up to 6 people with two queen beds in the larger bedrooms and a double bed in the third bedroom. An aero bed can also be provided. It has two flat screen plasma TVs with cable channels, secure wireless Internet and fully equipped kitchen with dining table for 6. Laundry is nearby. This is an amazing location as you are steps from wonderful restaurants, coffee shops and Greenwich Village nightlife. You are half a block to the A/C/E/F/B/D trains at West 4th Street station and one block from the 1 train at Christopher Street. Linens and towels are provided. Prices are all inclusive of pre and post cleanings, all utilities, taxes and agency fee.

Enjoy coffee at the fabulous coffee shop across the street called Joe - The Art of Coffee. Walk west towards 7th Avenue and you will find tons of restaurants and cute shops in the West Village. Turn east toward NYU and tour through the famous Washington Square Park where many performances go on daily, chess is played and children get to enjoy the playgrounds. Head South on 6th Avenue and you are minutes to Soho.
